Biography
Thura Nandar Linn is an AI and digital development practitioner working at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and inclusive development. She currently serves as a Digitalisation Advisor at an international development organisation and an AI Master Trainer under the AI-Ready ASEAN Programme. She is also the Founder of SeinLann, a youth-led initiative advancing AI-powered climate literacy and community action. Her work focuses on responsible AI, digital inclusion, green innovation, and community empowerment across Myanmar and ASEAN.
