The Scam Ready ASEAN Programme is a regional initiative led by the ASEAN Foundation with support from Google.org, designed to strengthen digital resilience and empower communities across all 11 ASEAN countries to recognize, prevent, and respond to online scams, including AI-enabled fraud. In Myanmar, Thate Pan Hub Enterprises implements the programme through localized learning materials, Training of Trainers (ToT), community-based awareness sessions, and digital campaigns targeting youth, educators, parents, caregivers, and senior citizens.

The programme integrates interactive learning with the Be Scam Ready game, enabling participants to engage with realistic scam scenarios, identify common scam tactics, and develop practical skills to stay safe online. Through a combination of gameplay, hybrid training, community outreach, and public awareness campaigns, the project promotes accessible, engaging, and practical scam prevention education. By connecting national implementation with a wider regional effort, the programme contributes to building a more informed, digitally resilient, and scam-aware ASEAN community.
